I have my doubts on this toy, but I'm glad I bought it b / c it's really fun! It is like an update to an old favorite Transformers. Transformers is still in love, but I do like that it has sound. And, switch back and forth between vehicles and dinosaurs is VERY easy to be appreciated so that your child can enjoy as well. The quality is very good. Wheel in the car list is really smooth and click on each section / appears / turns into a place that is very easy. I first bought a blue Triceratops so far, but after seeing how much fun and enjoyment it is to bring the others I bought that too and am just as happy w / them. It is good to have some of them to "race". If you have any of the Transformers, this change back and forth very similar, but I do not see a big difference in ease of doing so. And, it stayed in their positions better. I mean if you click the sturdy car to car and vice versa. Meanwhile, the Transformers, we had a hard time getting them to stay in good postion. Head will pop-up/etc. This VTech Move & Dinos Go wonderful. I highly recommend and have offered to buy all 4. This price is in line w / the quality & fun of the toy. Pleasant surprise. I'm no expert, but I think it would be a good toy for 2 1/2 and older. If given the young, they will need help and you need to watch they do not get their fingers pinched, but when they grow into them, they will be doing yourself and have a blast. It is nice to see them this race and I knew I noted above that already, but I am very excited about how smooth scroll wheel. That seems like a weird thing to show, but cherished as a toy car to roll very well and did not make a sound / seem to get stuck or do not roll smoothly - making it difficult to put into words, but I think you'll know what I mean when You roll it - just a really smooth. Toy itself does not make racing sounds really cool though when you are in the position of the car & the Triceratops makes cool growl / noise etc.. Toys for big boys & girls who enjoy BOTH cars, racing, Transformers, dinosaurs, etc.
