I have bought and played every game Lego that has been issued (except for the music one) and this is a wonderful release. The first thing that struck me was how great this game! The maps are large and there are so many things to do in the hub. I have been playing for about 6 hours and only completed 13% of the game and it's all very exciting. It's just like the other Lego games (except for the larger, brighter and so much fun stuff to do and see).
I am an adult gamer and Lego games made me entertained and happy. Personally, I would not recommend this game for a child to play alone. I have trouble figuring some things out (on the other Lego games) and have to use the YouTube playthroughs to progress.
But as usual, no co-op play and a child would be so much fun playing with adults (and adults will have fun too).
I recommend this game as highly as a recommendation can be. You will not be disappointed in any way.
